A Motivational Story: WHERE DOES HAPPINESS LIVE?
An old cat and a kitten are in an alley. The kitten is chasing its tail when the old cat approaches and asks, “What are you doing?” The kitten replies, “I went to cat philosophy school and learned that two things are crucial in a cat’s life. First, happiness is the most important thing. Second, happiness is found in our tails. So, I thought if I keep chasing my tail until I catch it, I’ll finally grasp eternal happiness.”
The old cat smiles and responds, “You know, I never had the chance to go to that philosophy school like you. I’ve spent my whole life wandering the streets. But strangely enough, I’ve learned the same lessons. I know that happiness is the most important thing for a cat, and yes, it’s in my tail. The only difference is that I’ve discovered that if you focus on what truly matters and do what’s important to you, happiness will follow you wherever you go.”
