I deeply believe that good things deserve public attention. In this regard, I want to share with you a unique experience I had in the development of internal trainers at BROSE.

Two years ago, I received an invitation from this company to implement a program that would fully meet the needs of their ONBOARDING PROGRAM and equip internal trainers with all the tools they would need to help new employees open the doors to the company in the right way.

We created a partnership model, and things started rolling.

The company recognized the need to develop internal trainers and create a tailored onboarding plan, seen through the lens of a team leader who is both an expert in their field and highly skilled in interpersonal relationships. This leader had a clear vision of where the training of internal trainers was headed and the value it could bring to both the company and its people.

On the other hand, the members of the internal trainers’ team are quality individuals, open-minded, experts in their field, with a proactive approach to change and adopting new methods.

A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE

At BROSE, this program led to the following outcomes:

  • Each trainer received a PACKAGE – a complete methodology, materials, and adequate support for preparing and delivering training sessions within the company’s onboarding program.
  • They were equipped with GUIDELINES and RECOMMENDATIONS for preparing training of different durations and group sizes, ensuring that the preparation is quick and efficient
  • They know what they must include in their programs, what would be good to add, and what they certainly won’t do, as it would disrupt the structure.
  • Adopted approach: EXCELLENCE IS THE STANDARD.
  • All of the above resulted in four generations of internal trainers completing the full training program. They now lead the onboarding process, fully formed, independent, and with double-digit numbers of completed training sessions under their belts.
  • The AVERAGE RATING of their training ranges from 4.8 to 4.9 (out of 5).
  • The MOTIVATION of these individuals has grown, and the training call is now viewed as a prestigious privilege
  • We have achieved SYNERGY among the trainers, creating a community that thrives on learning, sharing, and mutual support.
  • The training tools are also applied to leading meetings, creating presentations, selling ideas, proposals, and solutions, and mentoring.
