I am deeply in love with my calling – the CALLING of a trainer.

This love has lasted for 20 years and continues to be my source of inspiration, dedication, and growth. Grateful to be blessed with the GIFT of sharing knowledge and inspiring others to discover and develop their potential, I’ve chosen to dedicate a significant part of my work to the development of TRAINING SKILLS, offering support to all who fall in love with this calling.

And so, through the TAKE A BOW AND BEGIN program at the Biznislink Training Center, twelve generations of trainers have completed their journey. I’ve opened my TREASURE TROVE of training tools—collected and created over many years—and shared everything needed for participants to grow as trainers, embrace this journey to the fullest, and leave their MARK.

Here are the tools included:

• A comprehensive kit for setting clear, actionable goals, analyzing the target audience, designing a tailored training plan, and selecting the most effective methods.

• And much more… to guide participants from their initial goals to successful outcomes!

At the end of last week, another generation of internal trainers successfully completed the program, ready to engage with new groups, innovate tools, and create meaningful topics. As I observe them delivering their training sessions, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the trust they’ve placed in our shared growth, joy in witnessing their progress, and confidence that they will become exceptional trainers.

We move forward with pride and excitement—each of them prepared for new opportunities and challenges, and I, committed to continuing as their steadfast support on the path to EXCELLENCE. The energy we exchanged, the smiles that connected us, and the unwavering dedication to this craft will leave a lasting MARK!

Mentorship in Trainer Development

A mentor plays a pivotal role in shaping a trainer’s development. I came to realize this as I explored the deeper aspects of this craft. My own mentors were exceptional, and perhaps this is why I now find such joy, dedication, and fulfillment in supporting others as they cultivate their training skills.

Each time, I am inspired to witness my trainers fully embrace the core principle of this profession:
“WHAT BURNS WITHIN YOU MUST IGNITE IN OTHERS!”

Through their training sessions, they embody something even more profound—they understand that being a TRAINER is a PRIVILEGE for those chosen to walk this path. And they recognize that only in a nurturing environment can INSPIRATION, DEDICATION, and GROWTH truly flourish.

I’m often asked who I wouldn’t recommend this journey to.

If you don’t have a passion for people, if delivering training is just a box to tick, if you approach it mechanically without a genuine desire to learn and refine your skills, or if you see it as a platform to feed your ego—my sincere advice is: don’t buy a ticket for this journey!
