When you love the work you do and have an environment that recognizes, values, and supports it, you start to wonder whether it is a matter of fortunate circumstances or the result of self-belief, dedication, and continuous improvement—or perhaps something else entirely. From my perspective, it is a combination of all these factors! And that is, in fact, the beginning of my MOKRA GORA story—a story of GRATITUDE!

In November 2011, I was invited to join the teaching team at the Mokra Gora School of Management. At that point, I was already an established lecturer eager to share knowledge and skills, test new tools and methodologies, and implement my ideas. And then I met the school’s director, Srđan Janićijević, and his team—people who were not only interested but also ready to support all of this!

That was the beginning of our shared JOURNEY, driven by the goal of setting new standards in personal and business development within the professional community. Our tools were diverse, but our mission and values were in complete harmony. Our perspectives and approaches bore the mark of our authenticity. Were there CROSSROADS along the way? Yes, there were. But at every single one, we moved forward together, more prepared and more certain of what we were doing and striving to achieve.

Over time, I have come to realize that my profession is a PRIVILEGE—I work with people who love what they do and for people who seek to develop themselves and make meaningful progress in their work environment.

I deeply enjoy every moment of preparing and delivering programs, always guided by the desire to inspire those around me to discover their POTENTIAL, provide them with proven tools, and motivate them to give their best and become the finest version of themselves. And none of this would be as fulfilling without the incredible support of my colleagues—my fellow Mokra Gora team members!

For a decade now, the school and I have been walking this path together, firmly connected. Sometimes the school leans on me; other times, I lean on the school. In the end, we have become true partners! We continue moving forward—to learn, to develop ourselves and others, and to demonstrate the incredible power of shared KNOWLEDGE.

As I write these lines, emotions of love, pride, and fulfillment intertwine. Memories from various programs come to mind, and I feel deeply grateful and joyful for all the opportunities I have had to work with extraordinary people and experience BOUNDLESS GROWTH!

From this vantage point, I can say with absolute certainty that the PATH TO EXCELLENCE has many milestones, numerous challenges, and fascinating landscapes—and it brings immense satisfaction! So, set out to explore, and never forget to recognize and appreciate the many good things within and around you!
