Most people would have waited – but I chose to begin
The beginning of 2008.
A global economic crisis on the horizon.
My son was only two years old.
Everything pointed to the same advice:
Pause. Wait. Don’t make big decisions.
It made sense.
Just not to me.

In April that year, I opened a Training Center — in Kragujevac, in the heart of the Šumadija region.
Not because the conditions were right.
But because the decision was.
I chose to live — and show — that things can be done differently,
even in challenging conditions and uncertain times.
As Serbian field marshal Živojin Mišić once said:
“Battles are first won or lost in the heart, and only then on the battlefield.”
At that moment, this battle had already been won — within me.
And I’ve been building that story ever since.
Today, it marks 18 years.
If you ask me how — I would say: the belief that you are doing the right thing, passion and deep commitment, combined with continuous growth and improvement.
My winning combination.
Visible changes
Over the years, hundreds of leaders and teams have made visible shifts in how they communicate, make decisions, and take ownership.
What started in workshops now lives in their everyday practice.
I’m grateful for this journey — one I’ve shared, and continue to share, with incredible colleagues, client-partners, and with the unwavering support of my family.
And now — we move forward.
Into a new phase of growth.
Into deeper work with leaders and teams.
Into a greater impact on how people communicate, collaborate, and lead.
My story began when it wasn’t the “right time.”
